  • Each additional Salesforce cloud (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) adds complexity to your setup. We tailor each cloud to your unique workflows and ensure seamless integration between them.

  • Creating automation or integrating with other platforms is common to do shortly after a quick start implementation. Sometimes we’ll add these on to a quick start scope based on client needs.

  • Bringing in clean, accurate data is key. The size, structure, and condition of your existing data (from spreadsheets, CRMs, or other tools) affects the effort required for import, mapping, and validation. The quickstart model is scoped for importing from a spreadsheet, but we can also support exporting data from legacy systems.

  • Some teams want tight timelines and daily standups. Others prefer a slower pace with fewer check-ins. Your preferred working style impacts how we plan and pace the engagement. While the quick start model is designed for daily sessions, these can be spread out over 1-4 weeks depending on client bandwidth.
